What we keep, and who sees it.

Your file

Your contact details, your school, program, state and term dates, and what you tell us about the placement. After you approve a mentor, we add the papers that mentor's site and your school require.

Who on our team sees it

Your coordinator, the clinical lead who vets your mentor, and the people who handle agreements and clearances. Your mentor sees your name only after you say yes to the pairing.

When it's deleted

After your term and your program's audit period. Papers your school wants back are returned to it; the rest are destroyed.

Asking about your file

Call us or write through the contact page to see your file, fix something in it, or have it closed sooner.

Cookies and storage

Our forms and chat remember the message you wrote, the page you were on and a chat token that lets a conversation follow you between pages. We set no advertising trackers.
